Nokia 8600 Hands-On
Home : News : News Story

The new Nokia 8600 sports a 2 Mega Pixel camera, 1GB internal storage, a sliding body, and best of all, an OLED screen.

The OLED screen on the 8600 is a relatively new feature for mobile phones. OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) displays are brighter, clearer and use less power than traditional LCDs because they don't require a backlight. Expect to see this technology on more and more mobile phones in the near future.
