The biggest name in console hardware hacking guts an Elite and shoves it in a laptop.
For the uninitiated, Microsoft makes the Xbox 360. Most people who bought it liked it. Some decided to wait for a better version, like the Elite, because they were snobby or decided that Halo 3 wasn't out yet and nothing else was worth their money.
But for those of you who must have the best of the best, the stuff that isn't even out to the public really, that's one of a kind, this is for you. Not only is it an Xbox 360 Elite laptop, it's also covered by a green Halo-esque case and has a 65nm processor. The HDMI plug is used by an HDMI-DVI cable plugging into the monitor, and it even comes with a built in webcam that the 360 actually reads consistently. Though it probably means you'll have one less USB port to use.
It isn't exactly the top-of-the-line most-expensive-portable-Xbox you can buy. There's no wireless adapter, which would be a great trick but could once again leave you with just one USB port. Don't complain Scrooge McDuck, you'll get what you paid for...if you can win it. Like always, Ben's bidding it away, so if you don't mind losing an inch off that pool and lugging around the power supply everywhere you go, hit it up.
Here's a classy video on the subject. Remind you of anything?
