Nyko Cord-Free Released Today: Feel Free to Stretch about the Wii

Nyko's Cord-Free announced, released

Nyko, peripheral maker who's been having a tough time because of fierce competition and difficulties with the 7th gen. consoles is really turning things around now. They had a great run at CMS, winning lots of press time and the Best-in-Show award for their Wireless Nunchuck (yes, spelled that way).

The Wireless Nunchuck's older, somewhat less attractive brother is out today and ready to make its way into your home. Like the Wireless Nunchuck, it's wireless, but uses the typical Nintendo Nunchuk attachment. It just wraps the cable up tightly in the base of the Cord-Free and sends the signal to the Wii remote through an attached piece on it.

It isn't as clean cut as the Wireless Nunchuck, but if you don't want to spend the extra money for the additional Nunchuk attachment, this is a cheaper, better solution. We're looking forward to getting a look at it ourselves.
