And just last month we were all saying that two GPU's on a single card was probably over the top. Now the 9800 has it, the 3870 X2 has it...all the cool kids got the digs.
Asus doesn't like it though. They want to eat at the cool kids table too, but they're not just copying. They know that won't do them any good. So Asus decided to 1-up everyone with a 3 core videocard.
3 cores? Really? That's like taking horse steroids and working out every day for 2 years just to play golf. Hell, just looking at the board makes you think "well wtf were they thinking?" Probably something along the lines of "let's make a videocard that can melt not only the rest of the computer and the ground it's on, but could go straight to China.
If you look at it, it's got liquid cooling, has 4 DVI ports and is ginormous. Yup, it'll cost as much as a computer. No name, release date or even confirmation that it'll ever come out. We'll keep you posted.
