We didn't want to post on it earlier, when it was just a rumor, but it seems to have been confirmed by Kotaku: the Metal Gear Solid 4 headset lives. Not only does it look awesome and somewhat like the game, it actually works too.

Of course, that means it also carries the heavy burden of typical Bluetooth prices, and you can get this one for as much as the regular version of MGS4: for $60. We don't know if it's actually worth it, with notable headsets being priced upwards of $120, but hey, you never know. At least you'll look cool wearing it, right?
