Cygnett and Unison to Hit US Soon, Get Ready for More iPod Hardware

Australian companies Cygnett and Unison make their move to the US

It's the way of life. A company that's not in a huge, densly populated area of wealthy or ample buyers will want to move to somewhere that does. Australia, with it's population of just 21 million, pales in comparison to the US's 300. The math is pretty damn simple.

It may not seem terribly impressive that we're getting yet another hardware manufacturer for iPod accessories, though these two are Australian. Australians are awesome (generally speaking...there's probably a black sheep or two). That means this is newsworthy.

Oh, and they're also two Australian companies that managed to get so big overseas that they could travel past that big lake over here, so they may be on to something. We'll have to let you know just how good they really are in the near future. Expect to see their products somewhere in the vacinity of soon.
