First Skynet went live, and now this. What is the world coming to? According to The Inquirer, who previously reported that laptop videocards Nvidia was producing were defective, is now stating that they have manufacturers reporting that desktop models are also failing at high rates.

This could be very bad for Nvidia, and theoretically could cripple their entire business. With so many G92 and G94 boards out in the market right now, most probably still under warranty, Nvidia could be very, very screwed, especially with ATI's new Nvidia-Killer on the way in.

While I haven't had any serious (note, life threatening) problems with either my 8800GTS or 9600 GT, that doesn't mean you're safe. Anyone have any problems?
