Thought the PSP-2000 was it for Sony? Hardly. What the PSP-3000 is though, we don't know. From the looks of it, there is literally nothing changing except for the placement of some of it's guts (note, hardware).

It could be one of Sony's "we're making it cheaper" updates, as seen on every console they've ever released, but it's still fairly recent compared to the last big update. This could also be their opportunity to rid of some of the hacking issues the PSP falls prey to so easily.
