Dell XPS M2010 Now Supports Blu-Ray

Dell announce that the M2010 “portable PC” will be the first of its kind to offer a slot loading Blu-Ray optical drive.

Dell have announced that their slightly bizarre ‘not a PC, but not a laptop’ XPS M2010 “portable computer” can now be purchased with a 2x slot loading Blu-Ray optical drive.

You might recall that it was only last week that Dell announced they will be offering a 500GB Hard Drive with the M2010 for those that want it.

The new internal Blu-Ray drive promises 1080p high definition visuals running at 40Mbps, all stored on optical discs supporting up to 50GB of storage space.

When combined with the 20.1-inch widescreen, and built-in high definition audio capabilities, the M2010 is starting to look like a rather nice solution for all your high def needs.

That is if you have $4000+ dollars to spend on it! If you do, or if you just want to know more about the M2010 (pictured above), you can find a feature list as well as pricing options at Dell.com.
