Oddly, after researching other sites comments on higher power consumption rigs, reviews are a mixed bag. Hard OCP claims supply failure on the 12v rails while Overclocker’s Club shows outstanding performance across the boards. Whether or not this is an issue with quality control, or HardOCP having bad luck with their review units is up for debate. Still, if you have any failures, Ultra’s lifetime warranty should cover it. Since this is not a particularly technical review of the unit I am not going to let either of the aforementioned articles effect my final impression of the X2.

Cables, cables everywhere.
As far as air flow is concerned, the X2 exceeded my expectations. The large fan (which is quite quiet, incidentally) expelled quite a bit of air, pulled from inside my case, out its rear grill. Couple this strong circulatory ability with the fact that the modular cable management system allows for the unobtrusive FlexForce cables to be kept to a minimum and the unit really shines.
Speaking of cables, Ultra provides a huge number with the X2. Below is a list of what is included in the box:
