The stereo sound from the iFM is clear and crisp on most stations. Not all stations come in well, but that's probably more an issue of broadcast strength than anything else. If you have problems receiving a station with a regular radio in certain areas you'll probably have the same problem with iFM. Now there is some static on certain stations and when you move around sometimes.
Changing the position of the iFM can sometimes help so you may need to experiment. The volume only goes up 10 levels which is good for your ears, but some people will probably complain that they can't turn it up as loud as they want. Your ears will thank you for it though and it's plenty loud enough to enjoy.
Besides being a radio, the iFM doubles as a remote. Simply slide the mode switch to remote and you can play, pause, fast forward and rewind with the same buttons you use to move through the radio stations.
The iFM is a worthy addition to your collection of PSP accessories. The only unfortunate drawback is that you can't listen to the stations through the PSP's speakers. Not that the PSP speakers put out much sound anyway, but it would be nice. Other than that, you probably won't be going wrong with this great PSP powered radio.
