Conclusion

At an M.S.R.P. of $150.00, the MM50 is by no means a cheap product. While it does not top the charts in terms of price, it also is not by any means cheap. Still, as is the case with most products, you get what you pay for. All things considered, the MM50 easily justifies its price by not only providing a quality set of iPod speakers, but also acting as a charging platform and a docking station. While the sound quality is not perfect, for the price and size, the MM50 has enough overall bang to justify the buck.

Highs
Good sound at low to mid volumes; Classy appearance; Adapters allow for docking of all types of iPod; Pass-through allows syncing of iPod to computer without removing it from dock; Remote control; Built-in 10 hour rechargeable battery for cordless use; C

Lows
Sound distortion in lower frequencies at higher volume; a bit large to be completely portable; carrying case is not the best quality.

Final verdict
The Logitech MM50 is a great set of portable speakers. Decent construction, a nice feature/accessory set, pleasing aesthetics, and solid (though not perfect) performance make the MM50 a great option for those looking to spend less than 200.00 for quality
